Sorry if this is silly question. I have a transparent ruby rush slot and I’m getting this error shown in photo. Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

Was the machine working and all of a sudden you got this error? Looks like you will need to clear and setup the game. Something appears to be corrupt in NVRAM.

The machine sat for a year. I replaced batteries and did a clear and was trying to setup and kept getting that error!

You need to select 11 button panel. You have the easy bet panel right? The one with the big oval spin reels button and 5 bet amount buttons plus service and cash out?
