yes, get a jurisdictional chip with no jackpot limit, so there is never a handpay.  Colombia comes to mind as one of the ones that allows for this.  All US based chips I have seen enforce the $1,200 jackpot.

If you make a contribution to the site, you can post on the want ads and somebody will probably have one for sale.  Sometimes they come up on sale on e-bay too.

I would like to know what jurisdiction chip i need in order to void residual credits handpay, meaning to say, if i cash out less than a coin value, not to get the hand pay message.
