Title: S6000 printer problem and error 32

My slot won’t print tickets. It feeds them and is on the ready but will not print. Game only has a bill validator. It does not have give back cash. Only suppose to print tickets but I get error 32 and then I have to clear ram to rest set machine to play again. What am I missing in setup? I am new to these slots - I know where the jumpers and dips are but I don’t know anything else. It did print out tickets before. Did ram clear effect this?

Go into 11d menu and set option 61  to  002 which is printer. DO NOT change any dip switches.

How do I get the a lot to accept the ticket so I can play off that ticket money?
