My Triple diamonds bill transporter at power up use to cycle and has stopped, only clicks now, and ideas?

Just some thoughts... I remember my S+ bill mech making a bad noise when initializing once when the cash can wasn't fully seated.  It that's not it, I'd pull the transport and inspect for a jam, binding or possibly a missing gear tooth?

Post a picture of your bill validator so we know what you have...IGT used a few different models in the S+ cabinets.
