Title: Can't get the bv WBA-13 ss to work

I have a 2003 Bally 7 Double JAckpot and did a ram clear after new battery was put in. I cannot get the bv WBA-13 ss to work.....any tips or tricks are greatly appreciated.

Coin mech switch on front of MPU in the UP  position?
