HELP SCREEN Not showing up???

I have a couple of games that the Help Screens in the game is not working (YES MY TOUCH SCREEN IS FINE). Its ENABLED in the setchip and the game setup itself. For some reason I cant access the help screen? Am I missing a setting somewhere?

These games wont let me access the Help Screens in game:
Lightning Link Dragon riches
Weird Wild and Wicked

Silly question, these don't happen to be show programs? If they are then they are hard disabled. So that's typical. (to stop competitors snooping).

If not, not sure.

Do you have to open a logic door switch - to have access?
