Title: Universal Video Poker model 8304 - How to clear RAM error?

Anyone know how to clear RAM on a Universal Poker machine?  Changed the battery already.

In the middle front of the board there is a tiny toggle like switch. You can see it with the door on the machine open. Push it in while powering up the machine. Hold it for about three seconds.

If this does not reset the problem, the board most likely has issues. I've seen this problem a couple of times and do not know what the problem is as I do not repair boards. And finding a good 8304 board is very, very tough!
