I'm not too familiar with your machine but without those keys you may not be able to do anything to clear or reset the bad memory condition. Do you know if the machine has a battery and it has died? That is often the cause of a problem on a machine that was working fine for a long time, then one day it suddenly gives an error that is related to corrupted memory or lost data. There may be a panel or little door you slide or lift open to find the keyswitches where you insert the maintenance key.

Did you get a manual or any kind of owner's guide for the machine?

Greetings from NC,

HERES MY 2 PENNIES.....AND THERE ARE 2 SWITCHES. THE FIRST SWITCH IS FOR THE OPERATOR MENU AND THE 2ND SWITCH IS FOR THE RESET/CLEAR. TURN THE RESET SWITCH BACK AND FORTH IF ITS A TOGGLE SWITCH OR TURN THE KEY IF ITS WIRED TO A KEY SWITCH. ONCE THATS DONE, YOU'RE BACK TO FACTORY DEFAULT. BADA BING!

Was this error ever resolved? I have the same issue.

Have you tried moving the toggle switch and holding it for a few seconds?
Basically what that toggle switch on the board does is disconnect the power from the battery to the memory chip that keeps the board's settings.
It resets ALL of the board's settings back to factory-default.
You will have to go into the options settings (By pushng the white Operator Menu cherry switch button) and set everything back up such as date/time, etc.etc.
