I bought an aristocrat MPU from them, shipped me the unit but it didn't have a bios on it. They got back to me and told me to go pick it up at their place of business since I'm in south florida. Picked it up and even bought a couple of software titles from them. They are legit, not sure why they would take a while to get back to you. My experience was pretty good. |
