Title: Model 611 Igt Video Slot Silver Jubilee not working

I have a Silver Jubilee not working. On power up I have this screen and not responding to anything. I have reseated IC's, Connectors and cleaned edge connectors. The screen has stabilized and is showing images of 4 reels and makeshift language above. Unable to get response on any input. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I supplied a couple of images as well.

I have 4 Fortune 1 games but never has THAT particular problem.  When I do have and issue I do the only thing that I know how, Call Alan at K-lar.  He REALLY know his stuff when it come to these older games.  He has never failed me yet.  His handle on NLG is Badbaud.
