Good evening from Ontario, Canada.
I have an IGT fortune one machine that has draw poker on it. I have everything working except for some minor graphical glitches. I am thinking that it is the CAP 8 ic chip but by no means an expert.
I have exhausted myself doing a bunch of searches online and I am looking to replace the 16 pin chip and the following is what I have on it. I am hoping that someone can advise me on a suitable replacement I see or possibly sell me a working chip.

If it’s possible to just find something on eBay or online that can replace the chip that would be a godsend for me. Like I said everything works except for some garbage on the screen.
