Title: Golden Tee Board issues

I recently bought a couple of golden tee pcb's with mo guarantee that they work.  The first one is Golden Tee 2K.  It boots up and plays sounds, but says it fails the palette RAM test for all 3 colors.  See attached image.  Any idea what IC I should be looking at replacing?  I don't have the schematics at the moment.  Need to look for those next.

The second PCB is a Golden Tee 99 and it doesn't seem to boot properly.   The screen is dark and the green LED on the board stays lit for a while, then turns off for a real short time and then turns back on.  This cycle repeats.  Is this some sort of error code?
