What does it take to set up a gamefield XD?

It is set up like any other BB3 machine, clear it and boot to the setup screen.

But don't you need the cabinet? Or is there a way to mount the monitors?

I was selling these assuming the buyer had the cabinet or was planning on obtaining one as per the first line of my WTS.
However, I have been told that these games can be made to work without having the GFxD cabinet.
