Title: Aristocrat 1978 espirit

Does anyone know who could repair this machine in brisbane? As far as i know it was working but has a jam. I have looked for coins etc but nothing obvious. Thanks

Can you post a picture of the entire inside?
With it unplugged, try to pull the reel mechanism out and see if there's simply a jam in the handle release.
Fiddle around and report back. Hopefully an Aristocrat expert will chime in.

Also when you say jam, does it get stuck inside? Will it release with the coin return?

I have freed the jam. I can cycle it by fooling it a coin is deposited but the reels dont spin and the fan over clock doesnt spin. It will spin by hand but not by cycling

Did you pull out the reel mechanism? There may be gunk and debris somewhere between the handle and the area where it engages the reel mechanism.
Please post a picture of the ENTIRE inside.

Howdy,
   Looking at photo's. I would suggest taking the cover off where the coins would drop into the circular coin mechanism. It appears the roundhead screws would remove the cover, you may find your problem, behind that cover. Good luck .
