Title: JCM BillVal Comm Error WMS BB2

Help.  I have a WMS BB2, and during play, I got a BillVal Comm Error.  I have a JCM BillVal. Tried changing out the game and got the same error.  I have pulled the cash box in and out. Checked all wires for good connections.  Is there anything else I can do besides buy a new BillVal?

Reseat the BV itself. Pull the latch and the BV will slide out, pop it back in and fire up the machine.
