Almost done putting a PE+ back together, tried installing DBV 145, it was having too many issues accepting bills, and I don't have anymore 200's.
I do however, have a WBA 12/13 conversion kit V3.60 22/23. I hooked everything up (Compared wiring with another machine that works), but it's not working. When I checked the self test, where it says bill acceptor, it is changing from 0 - 1 constantly. Acceptor is enabled.
Any ideas what is causing this to happen?
