I think this seller has obviously set up a phony auction to educate  the general ebay population on the fact that there are many reproduction "antique" slots out there that are being sold as genuine when, in fact, they are not. I never knew this until a few years ago when I started my collection. I still don't have a "real" old one yet. If I ever do, I'll be sure to do my research. He's posted some good information in his "auction." He does have a short sentence at the bottom of it, in case someone actually bids though!
