I don't really know what i need to make ticket in/ticket out work. I have the printer GEN2, and the bill acceptor MARS shows it will take tickets. What is it besides that do I need to make the slot print and accept tickets? I just don't know what is all involved. Thank you for your time.

Good day all, I have a Bally 6000 with a Gen2 ticket printer but it is not working. No lights come on but I believe it is connected properly. I understand that the main board was changed out and I understand that the mains in the slot must include ticket printer support. When I press the Print Ticket button it goes to the hopper error 32 even though the option to payout is set to 'Printer Only' for payout. If I put the hopper in it pays out in coins. What else should I look for or try. The TEST option that allows you to pick Coins pay or Ticket only shows the option for COINS. Attached a couple photos of the connection cable and the printer
I should note that the slot was set up for Ticket only, no coin gear installed and the hopper has a bypass plug
