Model: Digi PortServer TS 16 MEI
Symptom: Dead
Power supply had multiple bulging caps on the output side.
Replaced 3 caps in the output section, 2 in the feedback section, and the main filtering cap. Tested.
Note: These caps were in horrible shape by the time the power supply stopped running. The main filter cap tested at .0022uf on the capacitance meter instead of the rated 22uf stamped on it.
