Title: Ticket format/layout

Hey guys,

So my WMS Bluebird prints tickets in the format of the ticket on top.  My IGT games print tickets in the format per the bottom ticket in the photo.  I'd like the WMS to print in the format of the IGTs.  WMS has an Ithaca 850 I believe.  Are there settings that control the layout of the ticket?

The font and layout are in the firmware of the printer itself. Looks like your IGT's are FutureLogics (???).

Fireball is right. The format and layout are in the firmware. Like when you put an IGT printer into an Xcite machine, and it prints sideways (Portrait instead of landscape)  :rotfl:
