Not too long ago I saw a post on Facebook in a Slot Machine Enthusiast group about a CDS Machine someone was interested in purchasing.
It may be worth looking into, maybe contact that individual and see where that game was located.
I believe it was a Big Cheese game though.

Check with Alan at K-LAR 702-363-9998. There's a chance he has those parts.

I have a medium sized box of parts for the CDS, just electronics.  PM me if you're interested.
