Title: 2005 Summit Royal Touch Poker & Keno: clear a paper low error?

I've got plenty of printer paper loaded in the printer trough & have fed 1 ticket thru bit I'm still getting a Error #94-429 paper low. It says to turn power off/on to reset, I've tried that & still have the same code. Anyome out there with a similar Summit machine that can help me on this? Thanks

My summit gets fussy if the paper amount guide(?)  and paper cutter aren't in the exact right spot.

The paper guide is a little lever on the right hand side of the printer that moves in and out to tell if there's any paper loaded.

I have an Ithaca printer.
