Title: Bally 9000 CPU No VGA Signal
Post by: RipMcKeyster on April 24, 2024, 04:05:37 PM
I have a Bally 9000 CPU with no VGA signal. I even hooked it up to my PC monitor, but still no VGA signal. The power supply and VGA cable are good because I checked with a known working CPU, and Bally video shows on my PC screen. I even exchanged the power supply to rule that out. So far, I have ruled out the power supply and VGA cable. Anyone suggest anything else? Thanks for your time.

BIOS chip maybe bad?  I'm assuming the mpu does not have a discrete video card.

I tried a known working bios chip and still no go. I'm at a lost on this one. The board must be bad I guess. Any other suggestions? Thanks for your time. NOTE: It was the bios and jurisdiction. All fixed Thanks RH.
