Title: Sigma UV1700 u52 chip

I have a machine with a eprom/cd mismatch for a circus game. i was wondering if anyone had the u52 file for this or a u52 of any game that i can match the checksum with for the game i'm having issues with. or better yet the u52 chip itself?

Any chance you can post a pic of the chips/board so the numbers are visible? Need more info.
