Store fixture slot stand

I picked two of these fixtures up earlier today at my local Kmart that is closing this week.  I believe these were at the end of the shoe isles to sit on.  They're about 4" shorter than a standard slot stand.  Best part they were $10 each. 
They sort of have that old casino look, like they came from the El Cortez or the Western Hotel and Bingo Parlor from downtown vegas.
