Provide some info if you can please. I assume you ram cleared the machine before changing games?
What type of Bally Alpha are you running? That splash screen looks older than normal alpha boot screens.
What game are was in your machine before trying to change?

Hey coolwavepic hi believe I have an S9E and yes I did a ram clear with a #312 my OS is 317 I don’t know the lingo for the bios see attached pic and be I had Hee Haw in the machine running perfect but then did the ram clear and tried to install the wild blue quick hits and that’s the message that I got I will send pics of the game card as well. Also swapmachinepartsstore.com is where the game came from and he sent me two cards I will send you pics of those as well
-
Clear again with the 312 then install with OS 317 and wild blue game card. Don't use that 256mb card.
ps- your reference is no good, it should be the slotmachinepartsstore not swapmachinepartsstore.

That is a Class II game card. It will not work stand alone.
-
Damn. They should not be selling class II stuff to home users. Hope he can get a full refund. :hissyfit:

So if I bought the whole kit I’m assuming I can still use the real strip obviously the plastic that came with it but will I need to get a new card or just some thing else to add on to it sorry if this doesn’t make any sense Still trying to learn here
-
Yes, you need a different wild blue game card: ASGQHWB01001
-
I have that if you are interested, PM me. I assume yours is the stepper game (not video)?
-
Hopefully I can get in touch with them and change the card? I’m assuming these guys are legit?
-
I will hit you up RB if they don’t want to Cooperate how much do you charge for the card?
-
Sorry and yes it is a stepper
-
When buying game cards, keep in mind that any game number that starts with B will be class 2. Not sure how they coded the newer stuff but for the old stuff its Class 2. Thanks for posting more stuff to help you figure out your problem.

I think of them as a bingo game. They have a bingo feature on the cards. Easy to remember that they start with a b.
I've dealt with Larry a number of times, always satisfied, never had an issue. I didn't think that he sold to individuals, just businesses. I guess that's changed.
I like the Wild Blue Quick Hit game, I'm sure you will enjoy it when it's up and running.
Thanks,
Wayne
