I read few other responses on this topic.

I recently moved the machine and it was working, just kept saying no printer when trying to cashout.(Worked before, Bettor Tito installed)

Then it started NO DISP after trying to get printer to work. Printer error light is on.
Removed BV, same result
Removed BV and Printer, went away and booted
Reinstalled BV and left printer out, booted fine again
Reinstalled BV and Printer, back to NO DISP.

Does this mean printer is bad? Or can it still be something else?

Yes, there's something wrong with the printer that is causing problems with the other netplex devices.
