About a month or so back I saw a post on one of the FB groups of someone playing Fortune Cookie on a G20. I asked around a bit but did not get a clear answer on how to do it. I would really like to get that running on my G23 any help would be appreciated.

I don’t know how that would be possible, unless there is a file/dongle that IGT made for the AVP platform that nobody knows about.

Family 11 game king 6.0 or 6.2 im currently trying to get this working.

3.0 brain boxes can emulate 14 family using boot chips ASB014B30020 (newest legal in NV theres a bunch of others as well) but AFAIK there isn't a way to emulate 11 family on 3.0 brain boxes. A couple years back i tried every boot chip/OS combination I had and couldn't get an 11 family OS running, but maybe someone else has had better luck

Fam 14 games are native on 3.0 brain box not emulated. Family 11 games can run on 3.0 tho i have not getting it working yet other than cloning an already setup drive. When i install the family 11 os i get an error on boot i can’t remember the error.

you're right, sorry I've been a bit off. had all these weird poker conversions on my mind :duh: was thinking about this recent poker upgrade on our bartops where we had to change out all the boot chips

I think it's weird Fortune cookie isn't available as Fam 14 because Texas Tea 3x3 is and I always had that on my GK 6.2 machine. I would think of all games IGT would remake / port over Fortune Cookie would be one of them as it acted/played like a standalone slot.

Are we certain that Fortune Cookie doesn’t exist on Family 14 or has it just not been “found” yet? I would love this game too!
