Title: s+ reel chips

I have a some s+ chips out of boards which are for haywire machines problem is I don't know what goes where? which are reel chips and which are game chips? I thought the sp chips are game chips? And also don't know if they are for 16 or 10 mlz boards? the chips are 3cm 4081, sp 1252 that is one set the other set is ss 4152 ,sp 770 does any one know

SP1252 is a 16Mhz chip, I have no listing on the SP770

It's kind of backwards the way the chips or identified.
The SS chips are the Reel Chips. These are game specific (Haywire, Double Diamond, Red White & Blue) and coin specific (2 coin max, 3 coin max, etc) and contain the paytable.


The SP chips are the Game Chips and these are specific only to board type (10mhz or 16mhz) and the Game Type (Type 0 (no special features), Type 1 (Nudge games, Slam Dunk, Balloon Bars, etc.), Type 4 (Spin ’Til You Win), Type 5 (4th of July (http://newlifegames.com/nlg/x-apple-data-detectors://20)) and Type 12 (Fever), Type 21 (Haywire).

SP1252 is a 16Mhz chip, I have no listing on the SP770

Sp770 is too old a chip for a 16mhz board, most likely a 10mhz board.
