Dynamic Buttons And Bezels Not Responsive

I received my G23 today and all is great except for the dynamic edge lighting on the buttons and bezels is constantly blue. I was told that it was related to the version of GK on the machine. However the topper is working fine and is responsive and active during bonuses and such. I would think if it was software related the topper would be doing the same?? Please see attached picture. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Nope.  The edge lit buttons don't necessarily follow the topper LED colors.  Blue is pretty much a default color.

So do you agree it could be software related? My other 23 is not running GK and is a slots only setup but does not have a topper. I’m just trying to figure out if I need to get the GK package off to make it work. I purchased this machine to do family 20 eventually.

I believe you are correct, someone said the GK OS causes it.

If you have an ekey, cashout goto Setup-Machine-cabinet lighting and make sure it is set to allow game to control. It may be set to default to blue only
