Just got a new printer, and set it up, and its not printing vouchers

I have set up my 3902 4.4 gameking with a new netplex gen 2 printer, and someone hit cash out and now it says call attendant printer nonvolatile data error, unsure what this means, nor how to fix, i have done a precursory search on the web for errors like this and found nothing


here is a photo i have of the error, much help appreciated

yes, there is paper, the printer head is closed, i opened it to see what the issue is, and thats how it says paper out and printer head is up,  and its not the issue

Hold the feed button in on the printer and turn the machine on. It should print a ticket with the firmware version. Tell us what it says.

GNUSA5570 is firmware version.  Someone has a chart telling which machine it is for.

Has the printer been activated?  You have to key it to activate it.

i dont know, how would i key it and activate it, like keychip the system and activate it thru there or something else

i have keychipped the system and activated it thru there

What does it say when you open the door and press the white test button?  Try opening and closing the main door a few times to clear any stacked errors.  Also still need to know if that is correct firmware.

it just shows the operator menu, unless im hitting the wrong button

just shows the pending tilts screen and thats it

Take a pic showing thermal printer enabled.  That last pic in program version accounting shows it's not responding.

Looks like correct firmware just needs to rekey it or it's not connected correct?

the machine is not letting me access the keychip menu due to needing a payout

trying to do a manual payout is not working right now, i do not know why
