You are going to have to clear it now.  Going to need a key22 to clear or you can remove battery for a min then put it back.  You should be able to key it with the key17 after clearing all the errors you will get after you turn it back on.  Do not cash out until you enable the printer.  You will need to re-setup everything else too.

i have enabled the printer, its not printing anything in the printer test menu, nor is it any longer printing firmware info from pressing the feed button from boot

You must replace battery to get any farther.  Errors you just cleared will return because of it. Options need verification is a suggestion not an error.

replaced battery, ensured printer was enabled in keychip menu, eg, made sure it uses it for payouts, and tried testing it in the operator menu, and nothing  :banghead:
tried the feed button and the test voucher button, nothing, tried to get the printer to print its information when holding feed from boot, and nothing....
