Some help please

I have an IGT S+ Sizzlin Sevens Slot Machine
I have been trying to get it too work.
I know nothing about these things. But here is what happens
1. I Turn it on and some of the lights come on.
2. When it comes on I push the reset button, and I get the 61 error
3. I turn the key and the error goes goes away , and I get coin credits.
4. After this nothing. I turn the key, and coin credits increase  and some times I get 99999 in the other windows.
I used to get the buttons, reels, and display to light up, nothing.
The candle used to flash as well, that is not happening
One time while fiddling with it, I pressed a play button, the reels spun for a second or two, and stopped.
Sometimes the lever works, sometimes it doesn't either way it does nothing other then move.
You guys are the mavens. Any thoughts.

When you get 61 press the test button and if it turns into 61_1 close the door and turn the jackpot reset key one time and wait for the reels to spin.

As Mark mentioned, when you see 61, press the test button and hold it in till it changes to 61-1

Is this the same machine and the same issue(s) from your 2021 thread, here?

If so, please return to that thread and provide updates and requests for assistance rather than re-inventing the wheel here and us trying troubleshooting that's already been done. Thank you.

Yes it is the same machine.
I took the advice of the old thread, and got it to work.
Gave me about a years worth of fun.  Then last week, we had a power failure, and now it is going crazy with this new stuff.
I did everything from the old thread, but nothing seems to work.

I can help you with some terminology.
In #2, the "reset button" should be called the "Test button".
In #3, the "key" is your "Jackpot Reset Key" or "Reset Key".
