IGT/Spielo 3D game trouble

I have an IGT Axxis 3d game that won’t load past “starting services (100%)”. Tried everything I can think of including the ram clear dongles and checking the batteries and fans but nothing seems to help. Anybody have experience with these machines or have any ideas what to do to get it working?
