On the upside, I figured out how to mount a polygon topper with a $2.50 French Drain grate! ;) Really doesn't look half bad!

Either cutting or heating the drain and "molding" it for a round top and spray it gloss or satin black. Thanks again for the info.

I wondered how difficult it might be to get the round top base right. Let us know how it turns out!

It is a little embarrassing to logon and see "Can anyone vouch for David Cowden of 'Cowden Creations?'" I am a very busy man but that doesn't excuse tardiness. I was actually forced to take this week off "work" so maybe I can get a little more organized. I very much appreciate people vouching for me but they shouldn't have to, long story short is I try to do my best to help people out but many times let my mouth outrun my idle time. I will continue to work on it.

For the records, David did step up and take excellent care of me, as everyone said he would, when the rubber hit the road. I really appreciate it, David.
