I heard many great things about New Life Games and hope you can help me get this printer to work. I purchased a Bally 6000 Spin & Win progressive machine that didn't work. I've been working on this machine for about a month now and got everything to work except the printer. It only lets me have a hand pay. It has a error 50.36 when I open the door. I purchased new mains (2003) u28 and u43 with printer support, I also removed the Ithaca 850 RS232 printer and purchased a Future Logic PSA-66-ST RS232 from Spin. They said they tested it in a Williams machine but I'm not sure if this will work in my Bally? I see there is a dip switch on the bottom of the printer is for setting up for different manufactures? I've tried many full ram clears and tried printing a ticket in test mode but can not get anything to print. The machine has no hopper or coin comparitor.
