Title: Eliminate door optics on 6000

Have a Bally 6000. I want to eliminate the door optics. About 8 years ago did one but don't remember how. Anyone can help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

Ford remove the orange - black wire and black wire from the door frame optics, right side. Put those to terminal 1 and 3 on the cherry switch  for the door. This should do it .  Scott

The wires on door, do I run them to cherry switch or wires on cabinet to cherry switch?

Did wires on cabinet to cherry switch. Did not solve problem. Still shows door open

Ford if you tie the frame wires together it should show door is closed if not you have a wire or board issue. You are getting 5.0 error ?

5.0 error. Can do setup but after 5.0 will not go away. Keeps showing door is open.
