Title: Need help with a Bally 6000 BV please
Post by: badazz on September 13, 2018, 10:14:23 AM
I have a Bally S6000 machine and my WBA -12/13 will light up with the 2 green arrows when it is first turned on and after each spin. But it only stays green for about 10 seconds, then it goes to the red circle with the line through it and it will not accept paper money at all.

I got the new upgraded chip installed to accept the new money. I then put in the clear chips 48 and 28, did a clear, then put the game chips back in. Pressed the change button to reset the game, then I opened the door & pressed test until 11d came up. Then when it switched to 27 I made these changes:

9 = 356 = 051 = 999958 = 999973 = 061 = 181 = 1

Then I closed the door.  All the machine takes as of now is quarters because the bill acceptor isn't working yet for some reason. Is there another setting I'm missing or what?

Thanks for any help that someone may give me to get this fixed.

Chip is installed with notch in proper direction? Does it work when you reinstall the old chip?

Check coin mech switch on mph. It must be up for dbv to work. If that is not it clear again and leave your 11d settings at the default setting. I didn't understand the settings that you are entering so I can't say if they are correct. Scott
