So I had inspection today and he had to kill the power to check the emergency exit signs and lights. Well this Alpha was working fine. Now the screen flashes on power up and turns black. I got think the game is working as I can hear the sound when I open a door. Just nothing on the screen. Please help.

Turn all switches off from right to left, CPU, Cabinet, Main. Power it up again from left to right. It might boot up fine but might also give you an error due to improper shutdown. If so you will have to clear it & set it up again.

That didn’t fix the issue. Even worse news 2 of the Alpha 2’s are now stuck on the loading OS screen like they were before!! Imma cry. I’ve used the clear card and same message. They just go right back to the loading OS menu!! Smh
