Title: When it rains it pours.
Post by: David Walz on March 30, 2024, 05:30:24 PM
I am getting ready for a party at my home and if you can believe it s**t happens.  :duh:
One slot machine  the 1114 was the $1 coins hanging up inserting them, I figured out that the coin assembly was rubbing on the housing causing a jamb.
One slot machine, the 1090-29 fuse just fell apart, the contacts wore out inside, luckily I have extra parts.
One machine the 831-4Z pulse switches were the issue, resolved that problem with adjustments.
Lastly is the V5500, it was working excellent, then it quit. It's actually a great machine, playing cards is quite enjoyable. The MPU is the issue and I was hoping to get it repaired before the party, but that didn't happen.

When you have a diverse group of machines, you can't get board.  :wav: :wav: :wav:

Three of four working though? It's time to get a Mills upright! Nothing to plug in.

For the V5500, you may only need the power supply. Check the 5v portion.

It's the MPU.
