Title: Bally 5500 power issues
Post by: scottf11961 on February 08, 2024, 05:19:50 AM
Hello everyone..hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

So, I picked up a 5500 Reel em in.  The LED is showing two out of 5 lights on. (Ends). I'm told it's a bad power supply. I have another 5500 that works great,  so to test, I swapped power supplies, but same thing. 2 out of 5 lights.

Any thoughts?

I'm also looking for a power supply. Not looking for a conversion.  I don't know how to place an ad in classified section here

Thanks

Contributing members have access to NLG Classifieds. But if it's a want-to-buy (WTB) you can start a new topic in this section and one of the moderators will move it to NLG classifieds. We allow non-contributing members to post WTB since it supports our vendors/members.

Thats a williams not a bally. These are easy directions on converting that to a much more reliable ATX power supply which is what I would recommend. There is a sticky on how to do it in the williams forum.
