Title: newer style polygon topper, how do I change the modes?

I'm working on a newer style polygon topper. Currently, it is stuck on one mode only.

Unlike the older style polygon toppers, this LED driver board doesn't have a mode or color button. The only thing I see is a bank of 4 dip switches. Currently, all of my dip switches are set to the off position. Is there a dip switch setting that will allow the LEDs to sequence through all of the modes?
