Got a Mills that had jammed after a large payoff. Pulled assemble out and moved a few levers inside cabinet and the nickles fell, Question the lever circled in red in first pic (this is up position) hangs up when I push it all the way down (see 2nd pic). Is this normal?
Any suggestions on a what's needed to give slot a good lube? After I freed the jam it works, accepts coins and spins/stops when handle is pulled.
thanks

Howdy,
I would oil and grease appropriate moving pieces on the jackpot itself.
It would seem all is all right. The little lever circled in red looks o.k.
"Remember before reinstalling the mechanism, always push the jackpot lever forward, toward front on machine which Closes the Jackpot".

Lever on bottom Left side, on the jackpot.

Thanks for the info.

Forgot to mention one thing : So as to not bend the Jackpot lever, always cycle the machine out of the case, so their is no payout and the Payout Slides are always in the Out, Non pay out position.
Plus a reminder, always push in the jackpot lever before reinstalling the mechanism.

Rjpohl,
To answer your question the lever circled in Red, will move back and forth after a jackpot. When you push
the Jackpot Lever in, it will reset, or hold this lever ( Circled in Red ) Back in it ready position.
Hope this is what you want to know.

I gave this machine back to the owner a few weeks back. I can't remember but I don't think I pushed the lever in, I believe I pulled it out. It accepted coins and the handled worked, reels spin, stop and it made a few small payouts. I guess I'll hear from the guy if he has any problems.
thanks for all your help
