Hi folks.
Long time member, been lurking infrequently for the past 5 years (life got in the way). :arrowthruhead:
I have a WBA-13 ID024 in my Vision with the 3.75 software that should accept the new 5s (at least I think it did 5 years ago when I last fired it up). I have an issue: It won't accept either of the $100 bills in the picture.
I'm pretty sure the old (non-banded) 100s have been out for long enough that it should accept them. I'm about to run to the store and get some 1s, 5s, 10s, and 20s to test it with, it may be dead.
If it winds up being not dead, what do I need to get to accept the new 100s (IIRC from back in the day, the WBA-13 dead-ended at the new 5), that hopefully won't become obsolete in a year or 2? Can I get new software, or a new head, or do I need a new system?

Just an Eprom change (and should calibrate) No big deal as long as working on the old bills now. Just make sure you do have a WBA-13 and not a 12 by pulling the unit out by releasing it with the square shaped bar at front of unit (just under the round bar) and flip it over and you will see if it is in fact a 13 and has the Eprom

Yep, it is a 13, it has the EPROM.
