Title: IGT Barcrest Call Attendant and Ram Error Bad battery?

IGT/Barcrest machine having same problem. When machine is turned on, ram error, gone thru the reset key process, got to last step, "please close main door" and nothing happens. I bypassed the optics and still nothing. Looking for advice. Thank you.

Same problem as what?
Have you tested the MPU button-battery voltage? Is there a green Varta battery on the MPU?
