Title: White plexi behind topper insert and upper plexi

I'm assuming all games utilize the white plexis with the game/topper plexis to create a uniform light across the image correct?  When I got my first kit, it came with the white plexis, but I thought it was just a blank that the seller threw in for creating my own artwork.  LOL!
