machine won't boot up credit show 2228 and bet show 2 . Monitor black for info and reel lights not lit

I have 3 question
Should the reels led light on board be lit up or not. I have # 3 reel lit up red and other nothing.
IHow many volt is the monitor required ? I have 12 v going in.
Any help would be Great

I replace the 7in monitor and machine is up and running🤗
