I have no idea. there are two boards attached and the bottom one looks like some kind of I/O board.

Looks like CDS Vig 1.01 boards to me.  They were used in UV1510 machines and I think UV1910s as well.  Parts for those machines can be difficult to find.  They're worth something to someone who needs one.
