The screen just goes black bottom screen the top screen shows The Wizard of Oz game but the bottom screen goes black forever I've waited no call attendant no nothing the only way is to reboot and then it does the same thing over and over

Try unplugging and plugging in the monitor power plug. I have one I would turn on and the screen stayed dark while booting, if i wiggled that plug it would lite up. Look and see if that molex plug has any black burn on it, that plug gets hot and gets black and eventually may not be making a good connection. You may need a new pigtail.
