Title: Have e-key 7, still lack permission to change game options

So, new owner questions.

Put the e-key into the machine, assumed (by reading another posting) that I would be able to enable/disable some options (e.g. turn off the higher denominations or enable/disable a game).  Just get a message at the top stating I need greater security permissions.  (Game was cashed out, tried both USB slots).  Am I missing something or am I not allowed to do those things with the ekey.

What door open indicators to do you have, and are you using the USB ports that are behind the little door?

The F and M were on...and yeah, I had used the USB port that was behind the little metal door accessible by using the bottom door.  There's also an R (not lit that shows up)

You need to also have "C" which is the secure door switch.  I bet your mpu has a little paper stuck in the switch above the USB ports.  You need to remove that in order to use the ekey.  Put the paper back to close the switch to play the machine.
